Features Notes Assist

An application for quickly creating check lists, schedule, and text notes.
Configure checked items as side-by-side or move to the bottom.
Create Schedule notes for Dr.
appointments, meetings, and other events.
Share via email or blue tooth; receiver can import into another Notes Assist version.
Move older notes into the archive folder to clean up main view.
Set default colors and other settings by note type and override on a note-by-note basis.[MAIN SCREEN OPTIONS]
Create Note/+ symbol: select type & title; on saving detailed entry screen displayed Display views - single line, summary detail(2 lines), full detail(15 lines) and full note Sort by alpha, recently update, type Search Notes Open archived notes folder/trash bin folder Export all notes to app export folder (more below) Import files in app export folder (more below) Sets app default settings

Reorder notes anytime by choosing from the drop down above the notes
Click on the row to view/edit the note
Use optional trashcan icon to remove a note from the list
Long press on list displays action bar to perform actions on group of selected notes - select and deselect items by clicking or use checkbox to select/deselect all - choose an action icon/menu option such as share, color, trash, archive, and export
Settings available: - gradient background coloring; lighter vs.
darker; use a dark border

Add new items using the + icon above the checklist - enter item text and click save to finish; use Next icons to repeatedly add more
Check item using checkbox icon or swipe to other list
Edit item by double-clicking (or single-click option)
Delete items by swiping off edge or use trashcan icon
List menu: - Checked Options sub-menu - check/uncheck all items; delete all checked items - Note Specific overrides: override certain default settings for checklist type
Available settings: - Default background color - Sort alphabetically - Strike-through effect (appear in note list views); move to bottom of list; side-by-side - Bullet type displays in note list full page view; - Item separator displays in note list summary detail view between items - Override many options on a note-by-note basis

Similar to checklist use + icon to add events to a schedule note Specify the event details, start/end times and notification options Event screen - when adding event the Next button adds another - when updating/viewing Next moves through records
[TEXT NOTES] Enter text into the body and click save when complete or cancel to abandon * see [Common Note Options] Settings: -Coloring: default background color; gradient option for note's body background

Place in archive folder; later permanently delete or recover Set color specific to the note Switch the note between read-only or writable Save note to file in selected format Share the note via email/bluetooth - selecting Note type will allow import into another version exactly as is Place in trash bin; later permanently delete or recover Copy a note - places "Copy of " in front of existing title[SAVE, EXPORT, IMPORT, BACKUPS]
All saved, exported, backup data placed in sub-folders on system external drive - downloads/notesassist or documents/notesassist depending on Android version
Saved/exported files placed in sub-folder “repository" where import looks for files named - "notesassist_archive_*.naj.znaf" Backed up notes data(encrypted)/preferences placed in sub-folder "backups" when changed on exit
